Driftwood House Cocoa Beach FL Photographer } Lisa and Charlie!

I’m working late tonight and I don’t even mind because I get to work on these beautiful memories for my wonderful clients and I am checking lots of things off my list too! Here’s a snapshot of my day and btw, it was easier than Monday when I received -yes I counted- 36 PHONE CALLS… seriously everyone calls on Mondays!

kids out to school 8a.m. (I must give Dana credit for that part,) home office work (finished orders, returned phone calls, reordered packaging), housecleaners came (thank you LORD), Wedding Consult (St. Augustine Wedding shout out to Jackie!), beg Davis to take a nap, pick up kids at school by 3:30, get to Mary’s hair appt. by 3:45, stop by Doubles for take out just in time to get home and get kids back out to soccer practice via grandma, prep for session, cancel session due to weather, read to the monkeys and tuck them in, finish client ordering gallery, ice the cupcakes that Dana baked for Logan’s school bday party, put up this blog entry, watch TV maybe? We just got cable and I’m dying to flip through the channels. Yes I know that sounds weird but it’s a long story!

I’m excited to post these images tonight of Lisa and Charlie’s engagement session. They had a very small wedding ceremony but wanted to get these photographs out at the Driftwood House as part of their story. Charlie’s grandfather built this house out of wood from a shipwrecked boat.  Once a vacation home for Charlie and his extended family, many barefoot summers were spent enjoying a vast open beach (minus the hotels and restaurants), carefree summer fun and baths in a wash tub outside.  Jealous? I am!

Lisa does awesome, fun, beautiful, classic and creative things with restored furniture plus graphic design.  If you’d like her contact information let me know!

Wishing Lisa and Charlie the best as they settle into married life! They are working on their new home and I can’t wait to see the remodel!
