This family beach portrait session became a new favorite of mine as I looked over the images and remembered how gorgeous the sky looked that night and how the seaweed (thankfully fresh-not-stinky) added even more color and texture to the landscape. Whenever possible, capture your family beach portraits during the last 30 minutes of daylight and hope for some clouds in the sky too 🙂 These lovely ladies doubled the beauty of the evening and added some wonderful strength and spirit too! I’ve been photographing this family since their youngest was only six months old and I just love these girls! Also, a big thumbs up to mom for getting in the pictures with her daughters and creating memories they will cherish forever.
I can’t forget to mention the blanket! This blanket was made by the girls great grandmother and brought along to be photographed as a gift to her. AWESOME right?!
